I really need to follow your lead and get started on a meditation practice. This is wonderful advice. I know that it has so many benefits. But somehow in my busy life, I just don’t get around to it!

I feel fortunate to have a very devoted husband who had dedicated a big part of his life to meditation and developed the discipline to sit regularly to make it easier for me to get into the habit of meditating regularly.
