I believe that I always show my feelings, in that I am very crystalline ... But there are people who sometimes prefer to keep quiet and do not say anything about what they feel. That's why misunderstandings arise ... So healthy is saying what you feel to really know what is happening.

For example, I sent a message to a friend, asking if he is angry with me but he prefers not to answer. If he answered, I would really know what displeased him.
