Hi, Steemians!
As you well know, I have started to dive into the study of the human mind so as to bring this community to a more mature understanding of how the human consciousness works.
Starting from the blog post of today, we are going to delve deeper into how our thought process determines our identity and becomes a key factor into our decisions and actions.
Regardless of our level of self-consciousness, our mind is a complicated and layered organism that is always creating and processing and reshaping who we are. It comes with little surprise that such complex system can often be bridled with errors.
These errors are not life-threatening or inherently dangerous to our well-being, but in the long-term, they will turn out to be obstacles in the path of realizing our ideal self.
The mistakes of the mind usually occur in a state of subconsciousness, but its adverse effects can be traced back to our daily routines and the decisions we make in regards to how we decide to spend our time or interact with other people.
Eventually, your passive mind contributes greatly to the health of your active mind, or what we would like to call unadulterated consciousness. Without knowledge of these pitfalls and errors, one can easily succumb to mistakes and as a result, live a life of guilt and regret.
In our series of articles regarding the matter of the erroneous mind, we try to identify these pitfalls and practice a routine of self-awareness to avoid them. For this blog post, we are going to talk about a deceptive error of judgement which results in the utter waste of our daily time.
‘Do all or naught’ is a deceptive parlor trick of the mind. In an absurd sense of judgement, we plan and schedule our day in an efficient manner, but we subconsciously decide to either stick to that plan 100% or do nothing in regards to it if anything goes wrong.
For instance, when you wake up tomorrow morning, you plan to go to the gym for two hours, come back home and study for four hours, work on your projects for five hours, and then take a rest and prepare for the rest of the evening.
When the morning comes, and due to any reason whatsoever, you fail to go to the gym. In that moment, you decide to forsake the plan for the rest of the day and waste your time doing literally nothing, because things do not go according to your plan.
Your subconsciousness does not respect you enough to even give you a valid reason for this behavior.
The excuse for not doing anything at all in regards to your plan is left in a shrouded mist of ambiguity.
Did I decide not to follow through with my plan because I failed to perfectly initiate it?
Did I decide not to do the rest of the things because it would not have been as effective? What is the real reason?
‘Do all or naught’ is a dangerous error of the mind, and a common reason for procrastination.
Take a moment to recall all those Mondays when you planned on starting to do something productive but failed to really start doing it. Think of all the time you wasted as a result of losing your deadlines and deciding not to go through with your plans.
The perfect moment, and the seamless opportunity, will never arrive. It is up to you to create the perfect moment.
That perfect moment is the moment you actually start doing something, in spite of everything that might be wrong in your head about it.
Do not waste precious time waiting for the perfect plan, and the perfect day to launch it.
By becoming aware of this erroneous process of your mind, reflect more on how you start doing things and what you need to do so you can rid yourself of this mental infestation!
A BIG HUG!

Dear @chbartist sir!
The error is an integral part of human life. The conscious mind is that, in the mind with which we make a difference of good evil from which we are able to argue the argument, from which we are able to compute. The subconscious mind is active for 24 hours. It is like storage which is more powerful than the conscious mind. For example, the activity of our daily lives keeps us in our unconscious mind after sleeping, which sometimes has to be a victim of insomnia. Some things are such that the person knows that this is wrong even then we do that thing because the unconscious mind does not make any difference in these things, due to which the chances of error persist. For example, when we go to learn typing, by looking at the letters in the beginning, typing has to be typed and there is a lot of mental reflection to understand the letters. But as soon as we get used to the habit, we do other things while typing properly. In the beginning, the probability of error is very high, but later its percentage is reduced. The main reason for this is that in the beginning we use the conscious mind, but as the data gets accumulated in the subconscious mind then the subconscious mind handles it in its own way, because by then the correct data is collected in the storage.

Thank you sir ! Your encouraging words gives me inspiration to write.
Thank you
You have written the words of very knowledge friend @chbartist
Human mistakes are not only taught to train the brain in a better way, but also taught how to be taught with speed faster than mistakes.
Thank you friend

I think this is a part of human nature. When one action fall from the chain of actions, others also fall down. Because it makes us down.
We often understand how harmful this is in our daily life. And start again from the beginning is a tough task. Then we gradually start to ignore the other related activities too.
Questioning our mind the way you are showing will be a great tool I believe.
And yes waiting for the perfect time is a wrong idea. I also used to do that sometimes and the 'tomorrow' never came.
I am sure your words are gonna help many to think twice and take the step to take action now.

That happened to me many times, however after having my 2 daughters, it does not happen anymore, because with them something unforeseen always happens, or I'm late in something, so ... I plan and if there is something I can not do, I jump to the next point of the plan and it does not paralyze me ... :)
I am joyfully tagging along as you explore these topics of the mind. I am excited to see where this takes all of us, individually and as a group.
Hugs of gratitude my friend.

Much Blessings!!!!
Thank you! You are welcome!
The mind ... Our mind is how you mention it, able to allow us to develop our identity and allow us to guess the right or wrong in the set of actions, activities or decisions we make throughout our lives.
There are very clear examples of how powerful our mind is; On one occasion, a relative of a relative very close to me, went to a doctor's office because he had lost many kilos, without any apparent reason, going to the doctor and after a series of tests, the doctor determines that the patient has cancer . . in the liver and that, apparently, already had a considerable time with this disease, the result was that after they told him what he had, unfortunately, he died at 3 months, our mind is so powerful that many times we live. with a disease until we know we have it and that's when the problems get worse.
When we talk about our valuable and appreciated Time, many people, although they are very planned and organized, do not find solutions for certain improvised, as the example given in this post, the mind sometimes does not allow us to move and we remain. Stagnant without knowing what to do, although we know what we have to do.
That is why we have to oxygenate our brain, exercise and distract the mind ... There is nothing more dangerous for the human being than his mind or his brain gets sick ...
regards
Consious Mind and subconscious mind their are two types of brain. The critical faculty of the human mind is an invisible, protective barrier living somewhere between the conscious and subconscious minds. Its function is to constantly evaluate perceptions that are projected in our direction: in thought, word, or action.
Dear chbartist, it is a good thing you've brought to notice how sometimes our subconscious mind tricks us to forsake all we have planned for the day because one plan didn't. This is evident in our lives today, we give up our whole dreams just because one event in our life didn't work out the way we want.
Interesting concet I had not considered but am a victim of all too often; particularly on the weekends when I want to get things done but also have needed rest to attend to... Look forward to reading more of these concept! Thanks for sharing!

@chbartist that we have two types of mind ,indirectly we can say that one for day and one for night because unconscious work on silent mode. but our mind work on our that . mind only react on what we think . sub conscious mind give respect you when you will think positive. then that mind will react plus too.
you are great sir , doing well
@ankitjnv
Hello @chbartist. interesting post. Yes, the human mind is very complex. Yes, sometimes these things happen. Sometimes we do not do things as we planned them.
You said right that we learn from our mistakes only. But we must also accept our mistake. So that we can learn something from them.

Hello dear @chbartist
There is no success sure without a plan. And that the plan reach the success must be flexible and subject to change necessary to achieve the goals. We can not allow fear to failure, frustration or laziness make us divert of our purpose. Attitude is insist, persist and resist.
Your conscious mind is what most people associate with who you are, because that is where most people live day to day. But it’s not means where all the action takes place.
Your conscious mind is a bit like the captain of a ship standing on the bridge giving out orders. In reality it’s the crew in the engine room below deck the subconscious and the deeper unconscious that carry out the orders. The captain may be in charge of the ship and give the orders but its the crew that actually guides the ship, all according to what training they had been given over the years to best do so.
The unconscious constantly communicates with the conscious mind via our subconscious, and is what provides us with the meaning to all our interactions with the world, as filtered through your beliefs and habits. It communicates through feelings, emotions, imagination, sensations, and dreams.
Brain is a huge universe ...!!! Amazing @chbartist ....!!!
Many people are being decieved by there own mind thinking that life is just a peanut, but life is full of using your mind to work out of the world of difficulty.
Good day @chbartist. This is a very difficult situation to cross, because that error is very strong, or at least the sensation. But it is true, we must go ahead and continue with the other things and commitments of the day to be able to move forward.
As they say around there, the show must continue.
Merry Christmas!
Thank @juanmanuellopez1 This year you were one of the most active and generous people that others should follow as an example. Thank you so much! It's a Happy 2019! And let's go together
Thanks for your words @chbartist. I hope to continue participating in its forums this year 2019, and I hope that you will achieve all your projects and goals for this new year, and above all that in these New Year holidays you will have a great time with your family. Happy New Year
Dear C. Since my tender childhood, I have depressive episodes in which I do not see the purpose of anything. (Maybe that's why I wanted to be a nun and be locked in a convent.) But I also always had a high sense of responsibility and commitment, which forced me to carry out all the prescribed actions (fulfilling enviable agendas), This generated a high index of exhaustion, and today at 53 years of age with the departure of my last great responsibility, (my beloved youngest son who left abroad) I have taken a great Sabbath rest. If God took it, and still not returned to creative work. because I do not? Thanks for your interesting analysis. For the moment I am working with the emotional unblocking by doing a reset of each stage of my life that could generate some emotional short circuit. Peace.
This means one thing subconscious is real, powerful and at work without your permission
Hi @chbartist I think its fair to do error at first place as we are human being and it's quite obvious to do mistakes and errors. Doing errors is not the problem but it shouldn't be repeatitive. Committing a new mistake is a sign that we are doing something new and our level of learning going up. Have a great day @chbartist
