Greetings, fellow Steemians!
We are not nothing but the heap of our beliefs. Have you ever truly considered the things you believe in and how they affect your life?
All anyone wants at their heart is a reason to exist. Our life is bound by that reason, and that reason carries us in everything we decide and do. But beliefs are inherent and inadvertent. Most times you do not even feel their presence inside you. It is as if they have become an unbreakable and indistinguishable part of your inner self.
That tricks us into thinking that we do not consciously need our beliefs. The truth is, your beliefs are not just a backdoor to justify your existence. If you see them as a tool that you can utilize, they will help you grow beyond even your own expectations of yourself.
What was the force that compelled Desmond Doss to save 75 wounded men in the raging fire of a battlefield? What was the force that compelled Martin Luther King to drive forth with the Selma protests and show bravery when there was none?
What pushed Abraham Lincoln to fight off half of a country and tens of union congressmen and powerful economic players to abolish slavery?
What pushed Walt Disney to keep his hope when all he could see in life were ceaseless failures that awaited him at every corner?
Your beliefs are your strongest weapon. We neglect this weapon by banishing it to the deepest ends of our heart and thought. To draw an example, imagine that you are an altruistic person.
Your altruism can chart a path of righteousness for your life, but how far will that righteousness push you forward? To be altruistic in the real sense, as in helping reshape the world to its ideal form, you need to have a constant conscious reminiscence of these beliefs.
What drives you forward? What are the arguments and pillars of your belief in a particular thing? Always think about that. Think about it before you sleep. Think about it in the shower. Think about it every hour of every day. Do not lose touch of that sensation. That meaningfulness.
The power of beliefs has been the sole responsible of many miracles in our history. Our beliefs push us forward in a way that no other motivational book, speech, or argument can ever hope of getting close to challenge.
Your beliefs are the foundations of what makes you a true human being. They are the pinnacle of our hopes and desires. They are the reliable faith and conviction that we need against the challenges of the road.
They are the admirable heroes of our mind, filling us with meaningfulness in every second of the day, and pushing us to actually get a move on and do something with our lives.
But if abandoned, these beliefs will serve naught but a shadow of the person we could become if we would listen to them more.
Do not underestimate the power of beliefs. Bring your beliefs out of the realms of your subconscious to your active and conscious thought process.
In the end, these beliefs and the strength of their presence in your mind and heart will determine what you decide to do with the life and the time that is given to you.

By manifesting belief, we form a character. Solid character extends our ability to exercise a belief system. This way your confidence grows that all life difficulties can be overcome. And this strengthening cycle continues. The stronger your character becomes, the greater your ability to manifest the power of belief.
This is quite inspirational post at least for me. Having power of belief is the hope of what we do not see, and therefore do not mind just because you do not see; because you do not get the evidence before your belief is put to the test.
Are you actually inspired by this? Or just trying to kiss ass and make a $... Legitimate question, no sarcasm. Interested to know Techmax :)
Thanks for the wonderful contents. Belief is not an illusion and not a magic, but a force based on eternal principles. For some people, belief is something incomprehensible, therefore, they cannot fully use all of its capabilities.

I follow this and people say me crazy. I tell others the driving force of life, how we should proceed our energy and how we should strengthen our beliefs. Every one around do not care much about what I'm saying. They choose to live there depthless way.
This post is giving me the courage to step forward with what I believe.

If You also believe that You will not be successful, then accept the truth that you will feel the failure. So if it is to be successful then it is necessary to maintain a positive desire in your mind and believe in your own abilities.

About Power of Belief and about creed between @arslan786 and @elektropunkz . Everyone has own deferent believe and thinking about Creed and power of believe.I have to say only one thing that only the world is dependent on faith and our creed encourages us to walk on the right path.
Changing the things we believe when necessary, is what will determine the path we will follow, and what future we will have. We need to review our beliefs, especially after the latest world events, we can not allow anything to take away the courage to work. I will take advantage of desarles a happy Christmas and a prosperous year 2019, because I do not know if I can do it later ... Hehehe!
For as a man thinks in his heart, so is he. Beliefs form your convictions. Your convictions make you a hero or a fool in the sight of different people. Your beliefs make you hope for the best, and that will drive you on.

Hi @chbartist really nice post. I think it is also quite easy to follow a beliefe once. Like the try and error principle, but the real heroes still BELIEFE in their gut feeling when they do not succeed.
They stand up by their mistakes, try this over and over gain until they really succeed. They improve on this journey and have a strong will to change something.
I think the core message what I want to make here is: If you found your purpose in life, stick with it also in the discouraging phases. Ongoing improvement will let you succeed.

My dear @chbartist, the life is a continuous challenge. In each day, in each moment or in each purpose, our believes are the wood of our chimneys. In order to have a life with a sense we need have one or more purposes and to have success, at this point, the conviction and believes are fundamental tools. To believe in something or in someone give us reasons to fight, but to believe in ourselves is the key to endure the onslaught and possible obstacles that life itself puts us on the road to our goals. Belief is every thing . If we want to do something then we have to belief in our ability. It is very important to stay focused and motivated but belief in our ability is a great thing which can help us to get success which can help us to achieve our Target or goal.

The creed is the power to move forward and take off our fears. For that creed was the fact of all of infuents men and women had wrote the history of our lives. We can write and do amazing things because the creed, because the creed is the gate of faith and dreamed horizons...
Our ideals, our beliefs are what we give way to our life. These are the reasons that are in the top of the Maslow's pyramid of needs , which allow leave a legacy to the world. You have to believe that we can achieve something big and so porder be great people
Amazing post as always... My beliefs were overpowered by my want to please the expectations of what everyone believed I should act and feel like.
I think this is why I have been succeeding this year, it is because I threw out those thoughts and really strive for what I believe in and this made all the difference.
If you really believe in something, have the desire to truly achieve it, then all you need and want in this world will be fulfilled...

It’s easy to get lost in this world of things moving very fast, however one thing that doesn’t move and stay is your belief like you said and yeah I question my motives which drive me forward and question them constantly in an effort to make sure that I don’t falter or that I am not going in the wrong way at all.

What you are doing is amazing; not only are you encouraging, motivating and supporting people who are new to Steemit, but you are making a difference to OUR WORLD. I absolutely believe that, and I couldn't agree with you more.
We are all here for a reason, each of us has something unique to give - wherever you are and whatever you are doing - in your corner of the world, and never forget that. If you go about things with the right motivation and with your heart in the right place, that is a step in the right direction.
It can be so easy to lose track of yourself, your priorities and the things that matter in such a fast-paced, distraction centred society that you forget how important it is to be grounded in your reality with nothing that gets in the way of fulfilling your purpose.
One of the greatest challenges in this new age is that so many people are oblivious to life's higher purposes. This self-actualization is achieved when you're able to reach your full potential. The problem is that nowadays this is considered the exception rather than the rule, since most people are working to meet - what they believe are - more pressing needs.
