I think the best way to kill procrastination whenever it shows its ugly face is by employing the "mind over matter" effect. I have fallen in love with this effect because it helps me perpetually. As an example: when you are lying on the bed or sitting on the chair trying to postpone a task that needs to be done, JUST STAND UP! and pace about for like a minute, then go ahead and start doing the task. Just start doing it and when you so, that withholding force has been broken and you will carry on till you are done with the task. It always work for me, it can work for everyone too.Essential @chbartist is at it again. The masterpiece.
