However, one must be careful. It is convoluted. There is nothing really there to accomplish. It is beneficial to be free of the restraints of time, expectations. Ego fulfillment. Rushing here and there to aquire and sequester. The zen tao suggests to ride the razors edge of the present moment through simple observation and study of your breathe. In doing so one can acknowledge a timelessness that corrects many of the stressors of modern day life.

If your wasting of time though is lack of discipline or inexperience. Just say no better time than now. Use the logic that if you get the difficult things responsibly done your free time afterward will be much more rewarding, premack principle.
