I think inspiring person also need not to be vocal. Sometimes his works, way of helping others works as a inspiration. And yes the exposure and inspiring is two different things.
We spend hours and cash to search for motivation on the web or go to listen to other speakers. But often see inspiration around our daily life or try to be an inspiring person.
