I think it is interesting to the technique of divide the day cycles 6 hours to plan the tasks of three days in a day. But I don't agree with remove sleep. Each person has a biological clock in which there is a stage sleep that the body required to restore cells and perform functions maintenance, cssi all of nature metabolic. And the number of hours varies from person to another. Simply put, sleeping allows us to more health and energy. If you can sleep only 4 hours and feel well, perfect, I also could do that. But since I am diabetic, I care much sleeping at least 6 hours. If I want to get to live 80s healthy, is my choice. Each person has its rate vital, some like to live slowly and other fast.
