With the development in cryptocurrencies, mining crptos has gone really difficult and time wasting with a very little outcome.
In this current difficulty, if you mine in a pool, probably you will be able to mine a single bitcoin in more than a thousand year. It is really hard to earn from mining cryptocurrencies, as it would not be able to meet your expectations.
Instead of wasting your time, money and energy behind mining for a little, why do not you give half of that time to Steemit? I mean Steemit is far more better than that. Steemit is getting so good and people here are also earning handsomely by just posting things. You can even earn by commenting. So why not go for Steemit instead of running behind complex and time wasting things.

My only drawback with steemit, is its obviously a bootleg of reddit which reddit users may see as cheesy. Hopefully Reddit buys Steemit which I'm sure is part of the plan.

Great post and I totally agree. The only real people benefiting from mining is people in places where electricity is nearly free. Everywhere else it costs more in electricity than it does to mine! Steamit is awesome and feel like I have found a home and a great community of people here...
