Hi steemit! I decided to make a tutorial (with screenshots!:) about the easiest way to start mining crypto-currency on your PC. It may not be the single most profitable one but it's a good start and it will give you a very decent payout. Let's check nicehash!
Before we start - this is not a cloud mining sh#@!t, you don't have to invest any money. You will be using your graphics card and maybe processor to mine - just like everyone, but you don't have to spend more than 5 mins to setup everything. You don't have to do any registration or know anything about crypto mining - it's super easy:) Let's start!
1. Go to: https://www.nicehash.com/?p=nhmintro - download and install the application.
2. Run the downloaded nicehash miner. This is what you will see:
Click "Agree" - the software will automatically detect your PC hardware and download the required mining software.
3. Now you will see the nicehash miner window. First thing we need to do is click "Benchmark". We do this because the miner has to chechk which coin is the most profitable coin to mine on your PC hardware - which is cool!
4. OK, it's time to test your PC for mining. Select the GPU#1 to see available algorithms (ways) to mine. You can select all of them but then benchmark will take longer time. I advise to select just few for the first run, you can always benchmark other later. Click Start and wait few minutes for the Benchmark to finish.
5. We're almost done! Click OK and Close to get back to the nicehash miner window. Now, you need to type or paste in your Bitcoin address - because all payouts will come in Bitcoin.
And we're done setting everything up! Now just click Start - you should see something like this:
You can check your earings by clicking on Check my stats online! on the nicehash miner window.
Now, you can probably earn more by mining coins that are cheap now in hope to sell them later if they get more expensive. But niceminer gives you a very decent, steady income in BTC.

Czołem! Poniżej znajdziecie tutorial ze screenami o tym, jak najłatwiej zacząć minować crypto na swoim PC. Nie jest to najbardziej dochodowy sposób ale jest jak najbardziej dobry na początek - wypłaty są bardzo przyzwoite. Sprawdzamy nicehash ;)
Zanim zaczniemy - to nie jest jakiś gówniany cloud mining, nic nie trzeba wpłacać żeby zacząć. Minować będziemy na karcie graficznej, może procesorze jeśli ktoś ma dobry - ustawienie wszystkiego zajmie nie więcej niż 5 minut. Nie trzeba się rejestrować czy mieć wiedzy z zakresu minowania. Lecimy.
1. Wejdź na: https://www.nicehash.com/?p=nhmintro - ściągnij i zainstaluj appke.
2. Odpal ściągnięty nicehash miner. Pokaże się takie okno:
Kliknij "Agree" - apka automatycznie wykryje twój sprzęt i ściągnie odpowiednie oprogramowanie do mine'owania.
3. Pokaże się okno nicehash minera. Najpierw trzeba kliknąć na "Benchmark" - żeby apka przetestowała Twojego PC i wiedziała, która waluta jest najbardziej opłacalna i którą minować na Twoim kompie.
4. Dobra, odpalamy testowanie. Wybierz GPU#1 żeby zobaczyć dostępne algorytmy. Można zaznaczyć wszystkie ale wtedy benchmark zajmie więcej czasu. Radzę wybrać tylko kilka, zawsze można wrócić do benchmarka i sprawdzić nieprzetestowane algorytmy. Kliknij Start i poczekaj klika minut na zakończenie testowania.
5. Prawie gotowe. Kliknij OK i Close żeby wrócić do okna minera. Teraz musisz wpisać w zaznaczone miejsce adres swojego portfela BTC - wypłaty będą w BTC.
No i wszystko ustawione - teraz kliknij Start - powinieneś zobaczyć mniej więcej coś takiego.
Możesz sprawdzić swoje zarobki klikająć na Check my stats online! w oknie apki.
Pewnie mógłbyś zarobić więcej minując jakieś tanie shitcoiny z zamiarem ich sprzedaży kiedy ich cena wzrośnie ale nicehash daje przyzwoite i pewne wypłaty w BTC tu i teraz.
Jak są jakieś pytania - śmiało pisz w komentarzu.
Ps. Obecnie Geforce 970 zarabia mi jakieś $2 w BTC dziennie.

I started using this after trying MinerGate for a few days. I will not be going back to MinerGate on my PC! NiceHash can make me around $2 USD a day paid in BTC. My PC is running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit SP1, AMD FX-8320 8-Core processor, 16 GB RAM, Nvidia 4gig Geforce GTX 760. Only problem is the GPU temp is up to 79 degrees C for most of the time NiceHash is running.
Hi, I tried downloading and opening the exe file and got nothing. I'm on Win 7 64bit with Nvidia Geforce GTX 710. I think it didn't unzip the entire file folder, so I'm stumped. On another pc I'm mining two other crypto's. I'm not sure where to go from here, any suggestions
I had to disable antivirus while I installed it and every once in a while I find a miner application file in my antivirus' quarantine and have to restore and add an exception to them. Unzipping the file with the bins it downloads when you first run NiceHash also hangs in the last 99% sometimes because it tries to overwrite a restored file or something that you don't have permission to for some unknown reason. You can try to install it again in a different place or delete the bin folder in safe mode and unzip the bins.zip yourself without nicehash running.
Still running NiceHash Legacy. The GPU temp has never been a problem. I wish I would have found this a lot sooner.
