We have the hottest chip out from amd, the ryzen 1950 threadripper 16 core 32 thread processor. 
It has a water cooling system and multiple fans to keep things cool!
The problem is that running the processor at 100% it bogs down at 50 & 110 hashrates or both at 80. 
If i run 1 side i get 600-660 & from time to time one side gets around 500 & bogs down the harddrive, stopping restarting the mining process fixes it.
The 3 GPU are AMD 560 & doing as expected in this down market.

Is your motherboard set up to handle multiprocessor threading? I'm wondering if you might have yourself a bottleneck in your hardware...
Forget the model but this motherboard is paired with this chip and was working before, tried Linux now back to windows...
Are you maybe drawing to much power...
Good question and was original thought but worked before and has 1,000 watt supply, chip uses 180w
Try to disable 1-2 cores
Did that in nicehash and seems to want 8 per side or hashes very slow
That is strange ...i found another similar problem on reddit after a google search..
maybe another version of legacy miner?
I probably adjusted the wrong area, the place i adjusted said run cpu less cores and it runs like shit on anything but 8...
