I think that when you send 40 million people into unemployment you have enough pissed off people and this incident was the catalyst! I get why people are angry it’s horrible and thoughts and prayers and twitter protests don’t take anyone to task for their crimes that’s just virtue signaling but these riots distract from the message of justice which is what they should be after
Coming from a country where this literally was the norm I can tell you people don’t stop being angry it stays with you for generations! The natural reaction is to fight back and the mental gymnastics needed to say okay this is wrong but let’s fix this in a positive manner and then still go through all the political bulkshit takes a one in a billion person
