I think Minnowbooster is a good service. At least we can evaluate the posts that we want to reach more people. Otherwise, the voting system is not reliable already. there are not many whales who evaluate little minnows. they just exchange their votes to their shitty posts. And the whitelist system makes MB more reliable than normal voting.
