It makes sense that the ROI for delegating SP be lower considering over time there will be more Steem in circulation. I would think this will need to continuously happen because of that. Regarding the purchase of upvotes I hesitate to use it because right at the minnowbooster.net home page lists out 9999 SBD as the limit and minnowbooster %voting power barely above 60%. Could minnowbooster list %voting power of the upvote delegators so we get a better feel as to what we are buying? The minnowbooster data I listed makes me hesitant to use that service. Either way I am I look forward to using the delegation in minnowbooster with these nice discounts. Thanks.
