Filling orders is easy:

- Select a lease request and click 'Fill this offer'
- Read over the terms of the lease
- Enter your username and click the delegate button

Not that I am aware of, but I can explain for you:
There are two currencies on the Steemit platform. These are Steem Dollars (SBD) and STEEM.
SBD is pegged to the US dollar, which means it will always be worth roughly a dollar. This is achieved by allowing anyone, at any time, to swap one SBD for one US dollar worth of STEEM. There is a 3.5 day delay in this system to prevent people from gaming the market.
STEEM is not pegged, and can move around in price much more freely. You can use STEEM to 'power up' your account. This process gives you one Steem Power (SP) per STEEM that you used to power up.
Your SP determines how much influence your votes have over the rewards pool. If you have more SP, your votes are worth more.
When you make a post, you can choose to have the rewards paid to you in 50% SBD and 50% SP, 100% SP, or forfeit all rewards.
SBD and STEEM can be traded freely on external exchanges.

This is very important for newbies to understand. I would also like to add some points that I feel would be helpful for new steemians:
1- You can increase your Steem Power by earning payouts from your posts. The amount you will receive is determined by how much upvotes your post receives.
2- You can also increase your SP (and hence your influence) by buying Steem from exchanges and powering up.
3- You can delegate your steem power. Delegation is like renting. You still own the SP, but the receiver gets to use the influence they possess. @minnowbooster uses this idea in its services.

the rewards are not so good anymore..last time I delicated 650 sp for 2 weeks to another user for 20 steem. now I can only find 1000 sp for 4 weeks at 20 steems. plus you are taking your sp back after 1 week. so it is 1000 sp for 5 weeks. I think I gain more for curating
Your ending makes sense. This minnowbooster is essentially just doing "curating". It's paying you for your power.
Nobody goes into business to lose money. So, this minnowbooster must be shaving a percentage off, somehow -- the question is how.
I suppose an argument could be made that it is more "automatic" than your own curation, so getting fewer rewards for lending your power might actually make sense, so you can go fishing or other leisure activity. :)

how much would i earn daily with delegating 650 SP to minnowbooster? If i stop the delegation, how long does it take before i got control again over my full steempower?

I would do it but the 7 day cool down is what I think is wrong with it because you could be delegating again for a week if the cool down is not there.
Wish the sp could be split, for example if someone wants 100sp delegated, but you can only delegate 50, you could delegate 50sp for 50% of the reward and someone else could fill the remaining 50. As it stands, I can't fill any of them.
That would be a welcome addition to the system. Maybe there could be an intermediate pool introduced, where anyone can delegate any SP to the intermediate pool for reward, and the pool then delegates that SP to the buyers.

That is a good suggestion! Currently it would complicate the system a lot but it is definitely possible for the future.

Pretty Good article that gives me more info about how steemit can help one who has the time to spend and grow. But then, i am still honestly lost about the guide lines to follow here. The few i know is: post contents, upvote, be upvoted, comment on peoples post and also get comments. Is this all this platform entails? By the way, @minnowbooster, i will follow up with your more of your updates. Guess i can learn a great deal from here.

This is GREAT! Thank you so much from all us minnows. I like to think I am a normal newbie, in just jumping right in upvoting, commenting, resteeming, and submitting stories. By the time I figured out I was going to have the breaks pulled on my actions, I knew it was too late, SO WHY STOP! I even have functions issues on my account that is being worked on, oooppps. Don't know what I did if anything but my stories seem to cutoff after 2 photos and a few lines of context. Here's to all you wonderful minnow supporters!
