@minnowbooster You are right about it not just being for whales. I leased out 360 SP due to not upvoting as much from being busy with streaming, so I leased some to hope the Steemians could use it for the time they wanted it for.
It is great to get the nice return in STEEM and knowing the SP comes back to me after the lease period, and the cooling off period.

Exactly, seen that chart before! It can really help alot in giving insight in what leases are getting filled quickly. Breaking up your 3000SP into smaller bits is very good to do. If you decide after your lease period you want just 2000SP for example. you can drop a few leases and renew the rest. No waiting time required :D

The APR is so high that it is so attractive for those inactive to lease out their SP! So sad that I dont have enough SP
The last lease I took turned out a big loss for me, because when I applied for the lease the price of Steem was above $3.5 and then the price kept falling and falling.. now when the price of Steem is just above $2 :(
I guess I should stay away from the lease market for a while and focus on making some content where I could get one or two votes from @ranchorelaxo

This sudden fall got expensive for me.. This time I couldn't even recover half the investment I made to rent some delegated SP..

You can look for exchanger of your local currency to bitcoin, in your country, then use blocktrades.us to change the bitcoin to steem or SBD.

I'm talking about leasing(like borrowing) and up there it's 7 weeks not days. You can also lease for 7 days, just find the best offer for your budget there.
The SP will go back to the owner at the expiration date stated on the offer.

It seems that minnowbooster is having some hard time to keep up on demands. I have to be honest, minnowbooster was one of my favorite service before but things change when lots of bots appeared with competitive advantages over minnowbooster. I still hope minnowbooster would solve the problem with lack of supply of votes because many steemians are switching to other services.

Big personal recommendation from me too. I have just started last week with 4 delegations for a total of just 91SP and thats earning me 0.094 Steem a day..its money for nothing and its a very simple and starightforward process.
Will doing another delegation when I've amassed enough SP.
