I have a few questions if anyone can help me out?
I am signing up for steemvoter, the vote delay is default 20 minutes, isnt that too much voting or does it just check if there is a post every 20 minutes and vote if applicable, seems like it will drain too much voting power..... also does this mean I should never vote manually at all?
Next: I am in the discord chat and i tried the upvote bot, the first time it said it could not find my post then said i was in cooldown, do I have to wait a day if it doesn't vote my post or can i try again? Banjo was able to vote my post but not minnowsupport :/

Sometimes the bots are a bit wonky. Sometimes minnowsupport will say you have 40000 cooldown but will have upvoted anyway after a few minutes, sometimes not.
Generally I would wait about2 or so hours.
Voting manually is fine and usually the way to go. 20-30min after the post for auto voting is ideal just keep an eye on your VP throughout the days.
Thank you for the reply. I thought it meant it would check if there was a post to vote on every 20 minutes. This makes more sense!
