Indeed I have to agree that whatever you post is worth posting as everyone is different and if you don't post the things that you have in your life or are interested in then how will others with the same interests ever know you have them...?
Nice, that would make a lot of sense. I also write a lot... probably close to your 1 million words a year if not more. I wouldn't know a way to track how much I write but everyday I spend 4-5 hours on my computer and I type around 150 words a min. So there is a lot of typing in my life. Always when on the computer I am typing to someone or on something... like STEEMIT :D Haha, hmm... now I wonder if there is a way to track how many words I type... without keylogging myself. :P
Haha that just made me smile because I was just thinking that the best I have done on a test is around 120 but I type a lot faster when I don't have to type something I am reading. :P
Best person I ever saw on a test was an teacher I had when I was in high school. I was only hitting 80s on the tests back then and was way beyond the others in the class and the teacher came over and busted out 285wpm on my test... I was dumbfounded and still to this day have never seen a faster typer in person. Won't ever forget that lesson haha.
THis is the advice I receive from other bloggers as well. We all have difference perspectives so no two posts are the same! Go for it!

Damn! 150? I can do about 90 on a test. So I figure I compose somewhere around 120.
