The Final Round of the Welcoming Contest is HERE!!!
Last Round we were seeking out new users to welcome, encourage, and share some helpful information with.
Big thanks to: @isteemithard, @mashiliyanage, @deevi, @doodlebear, @phoenix1947, @josediccus, @thankgodikkc, @kay1, @charitybot, @ediah, and @theprettysoul for participating in the welcoming activities. Hopefully, we are all going to put more time into welcoming new users, and now we have a bunch of resources and ideas on how best to do it :)
For the final round, we are looking for the most deserving new users. In order to help them grow, gain some exposure, and have less issues with bandwidth:
The winners of this round will recieve 40 steem, powered up directly into their account.
Rules
- The user will be on Steem for less than 3 months.
- Will have less than 150sp (not counting delegations)
- They will be creating quality content
- Properly formatted posts with good spelling and grammar
- Using references for images and sources of information.
- If the user is an artist they have pictures or video showing their work, not just a single image of their work as the post.
- They have begun to participate in some of our discord communities.
- They are active commenting on other people's blogs
Nominate no more than 3 people, but if you really want someone to win, perhaps spend more time making a case for an individual. The nominators effort in offering compelling reasons why their nominee should be awarded will be considered in the final judgement.
1 bounty maximum awarded per nominator. Nominating multiple people, doesn't give you a chance at multiple bounties.
If you agree with someone elses nomination, please comment and say why you agree with that nomination. User comments and votes will be taken into consideration, but will not have the final say in the contest.

First Nomination
I nominate @charm29.. She's an artist and she post about life stuff most times. Some days ago she was faced with the bandwidth issue,where she couldn't post, comment or claim rewards. It was frustrating. With the 40 steem power she will be able to carry out her steemit activities without any hitches.
Second Nomination
I nominate @kingeazi... An artiste with great potentials and ready to explore steemit. The bandwidth issue also affected him and he couldn't post some his musics until after some days. The delegation will go a long way helping him and to avoid stress.
Third Nomination
My third nomination is @gracehills. He's also consistent and write quality posts. He writes more on christian topic. He also has a mind to help fellow steemians learn more about steemit.

This user has also already begun to enter in some of the many #contest steemit has to offer that are not only fun but rewarding. This new user is also been engaging others posts and responding to comments and replies.
@aislingcronin is a brand new user that just joined steemit only 2 days ago but had a great introduction post that was well written included lots of personal details and information about her acting and some nice photos. @davidshaw I am nominating this user because he is doing a good job at showing sometimes the first post doesn't always get the response you may have thought but that doesn't mean you should give up. Science I tell you, very undervalued
I nominate @thaicryptokitty. She works, goes to school, takes extra classes in English and Photography and still tries to get a post out usually every day. She is a Thai girl who speaks 3 languages and is introducing Steemit to all of her friends. I am sure she has gotten 15 people to join since she joined. She will also do a gathering here in Thailand before the summer. And she has only been on the platform for less than 30 days. She is working on a travel series (she posted the first one) and a series about Thailand now that she will begin to post. Very hard worker, learns fast and is very committed to put the work in to make Steemit successful. She is a friend obviously and I got her to join, and she is going to be a Whale here for sure. Firstly i want to thank @inquiringtimes for the contest thus far, you really are a rare gem both here and on discord, I believe i speak for all the minnows when i say THANK YOU!!!.
It hurts to see that this is the final round of the most educative contest on steemit... if you have been following the contest, you will see that there is just so much to learn.

I' d like to nominate @right-here for this awesome contest. We are friends in real life, we' ve known each other for a while. She encouraged me to join this community and since then she has been actively helping me. I got many great pieces of advices from her, which I am about to try out. She loves photography, travelling and cats, but she doesn't have an opportunity to be seen by greater amount of people. Hopefully you guys will give her a fully deserved chance! I second a nomination for @onewithearth. Her content is creative and original, we all need some sort of hope and understanding in our lives, onewithearth offers this connection to self, spirit, community, and nature.
I nominate @promise75 although she lacks the proper info to navigate well on steemit, but she is quite interesting with her post i believe she deserve this and i am prepared to put her through the basics, she right quality contents and has just joined the PAL discord channel.
I nominated @odesanya. He is a school teacher and he post poems regularly. Though he didn't have huge voting power but with the little he has, he upvote and also find time to comment on people's blog with his tight schedule. His poem is always original work and inspires the reader. I know that if the Steem is delegated to him, he will use it wisely.

She joined steemit near the end of December and I continually hear her say, “I’m out of bandwidth….again!” It actually happened to her in the first few weeks, and an acquaintance, @luzcypher helped her out by giving her 5 STEEM. She is always looking to help someone, including me, and always seems to run out of voting power or bandwidth. In the beginning she told me how commenting is the best way to develop relationships, and she continually does this. She often tells me of all the stories she reads and genuinely becomes emotionally involved in others’ lives here. She’s a high school English teacher, and her writing is always impeccable; in fact, she gives me trouble when she sees spelling errors in my posts. She is also a member on Discord with Steemit Bloggers, PAL, and newbieresteem. Speaking of newbieresteem, she had her first resteem day last week and plans on doing it as a weekly event. She’s also spoken to me about countless ‘newbies’ she’s helped out. The teacher in her never disappears. Finally, today she surprised me; I know she’s always happy to help people out, but she sent some of her SBD to a woman who wrote a post about near being near homeless. Hi @inquiringtimes, can I add two more 40 SP delegations + 10 Steem Power Ups to the reward pool for this round? I.e. there would be 4 top prizes.
