And to clarify - if the transaction sender is different from the post author, it is the post author that is verified. Also - it is his reputation that forms the price.

Example.
Jim follows @resteembot and has 40 reputation. Sam does not follow resteembot and has 31 reputation.

If Sam sends 0.040 SBD with a link to Jim's post, Jim's post will be resteemed.
If Sam sends 0.031 SBD with a link to Jim's post, the price criteria will not be met and nothing will happen.
If Jim sends 400 SBD with Sam's post, nothing will happen.
(Except that Jim will cry and I'll have to go and return the money.)
