With broken heart and immense pain I announce that On last Monday My beloved father, Muhammad Saeed Akhtar (57 years) passed away due to cardiac arrest. May his soul rest in peace. It was sudden and extreme on me and my family. His demise has hit me and my family pretty hard...

The date was 10th December 2016. As I walked out of the church premises here in Uyo, feeling a bit nauseated, all I could remember was my kid siblings whom I left at home.
I couldn't speak much for want of strength, all I thought of was how my feeble legs would be able to carry me home, at least to meet with my family.
It was the consecration of my pastor as a Bishop and more than 5000 people were sitted in the building which was yet to be complete, no-one saw any calamity coming.
The whole program was going on as planned, but just before the ordination proper, a deep loud crack was heard and before one could say jack, the whole building came crashing on thousands...
