Dual-camera systems are getting more popularity as smartphone manufacturers pursue better low-light photos and “bokeh-effect” style images. Samsung has introduced a new “Isocell dual” camera module for budget mobile phones with built-in software and algorithms. They specifically allow two features: shooting in dim light, and blurring backgrounds to create “bokeh” after you have taken a snap.
