- Eat varied foods
We need more than 40 different nutrients and without food alone can provide them all. The food supply that exists today makes it easy to take a wide variety of foods, both to prepare fresh food for cooking and to prepare prepared meals or to carry out. Always choose foods in a balanced way!
- Base your diet on foods rich in carbohydrates

- Take lots of fruits and vegetables

- Maintain a healthy body weight and feel good
The right weight depends on many factors such as sex, height, age and genetics. These extra calories can come from any nutrient that contains calories (proteins, fats, carbohydrates or alcohol) but fat is the most concentrated source of calories. - Eat moderate rations: reduce, do not eliminate food
If you eat the right portions of each food, it is easier to eat all the food groups without eliminating any. If you come outside, you could share your food with a friend. Do not give up the habit of eating with those you want.
