Without it, a piece is always missing. The trick is to warm the milk a little beforehand. I put it in the microwave and wait a minute. Then you can make a nice frothy coffee with the milk frother.
In fact, it makes more sense to use cream/cream instead of milk. In the Slavic countries that I call cream, it is called slivki. Consider 20% fat milk. If you use such a 20% fat milk cream (slivki) instead of milk (calculating that it is 2.5% semi-skimmed), it will taste delicious.
