Binance is just upgrading their node from the Hardfork. It usually takes a couple of weeks. You should power up your Hive and convert your HBD to Hive and power it up while you wait. You will get more rewards in the long run if you have more Hive Power. You have virtually no Hive powered up so your rewards will always be less until you get more Hive powered up. That would be the best way to use your rewards while you wait for Binance to get Hive back online.

Sorry, i didn't mean to sound harsh... and you do have more Hive Power than i thought. Powering up is a great way to increase what you earn. When you vote part of your vote comes back to you... so the more your vote is worth, the higher your curation reward for upvoting content becomes.
