I use Kucoin and yes they do have new coins and really important at that,
they give you free coin in variety depends how much of KC shares you hold.

For my taste the price is currently a bit to high. However Kucoin is definetly some asset you want to follow closely and looks very promising. I personally really like tokens that gives you additional comissions and not rely entirely on the price development.
