I think that its possible with the new programming language utilizing quantum algorithm. If you can make this happen, you will save peoples when believers cannot buy or sell. godspeed!
My design doesn’t require anything that cutting edge. It is reformulation of the structure of a blockchain, the longest chain rule, and the validation, such that proof-of-work is not required, it is not proof-of-stake either, and thus in my analysis thus far economies-of-scale do not weaken the decentralization. It also provides sub-second confirmations and unlimited decentralized scaling.
My heart prays that Almighty Christ gives you wisdom, power, & health to finish the task to help us all ^^
