Basically you upload good content, post on your blog, steemit, facebook well you get the idea and if its good enough people will download it after a real quick and short survey, generating a passive income to the website admin and YOURSELF and from your referals.
I know myself, I download as many as 3~4 files a day because I work at home. Imagine that, getting from $1~$10 to EACH download? Thats a lot for you to invest on @steemit.
