Teak wood, sorry. Ready to harvest in 18 years but maximum growth at 25 years. Very hard wood, used in luxury boats due to its structure not to absorb water, along with its use in furniture.

As far as I know, it is a tropical wood, grows in Thailand, Malaysia, Panama & Costa Rico. There are companies which will sell you an acre and share the profits once the trees mature.
