I was about to apply to Civic just to get on board somewhere in the crypto space, but this article and also downloading the app have totally saved me from a wasted interview process.
Biometric scanning is now a common hardware integration with most modern smartphones and laptops, and the security feature can be used for logging in simply through the OS without a need for a separate app. That to me is the nail in the coffin.
I know Civic has some significant brand recognition in the blockchain community, I'm guessing likely due to the markets valuing the ICO in the beginning, but this does not show real world potential to outlast the bubble pop to come.
