I've been wondering about this Jack.
I bought my little house outside of Dallas for $67,000 about 5 years ago.
It's an old fox and jacob's, 1080 sq. ft., from the 1960's.
It suits us well and is cheap to maintain.
Now it's worth $140,000........five years later!
This is insane!
