The need for vocational training for the upcoming generation cannot really be overemphasized. It's apparent all over the world that paid employment can no longer be guaranteed with so much downsizing, right sizing, outsourcing and all forms of industrial repositioning all over the place. Kudos @topcoach for advocating and championing this crusade.
