The systems we grew up in regarding money make it easy to assume more is better. If you're in abject poverty (or close to it) it's easy to agree with that assumption but if you have what you need and most of what you want, there comes a point when you should ask yourself if you should even seek more wealth and whether it's worth your time/energy to do so. Sometimes the answer is no.
