While the video is mostly centered on the U.S., it does talk about the International Monetary Fund (IMF), cryptocurrencies, and digital currencies from the Central Banks which does have a world-wide impact.
You are right about things changing so fast. Faster, better, smarter seems to apply to everything in the world EXCEPT governments.

Haha I wonder why governments can't manage to just apply the logical things.. It baffles me to me honest. It's like they deliberately try to be logical :D
