WOW!!!
This is another case of the government looking over your shoulder and controlling your life activities.
Central Banking (FED) with cooperation with government can and will make your life less free and more difficult any time they have a chance to do it.
The Big Club (FED and government) owes it ALL and you are NOT in the Big Club.
Peaceful Anarchy is the way to go.
