If you want your followers to be stronger - they can lease delegated sp instead of buying it directly. Much more bang for the buck. A lot of people are leasing now - you have a better chance of getting it with a longer lease period. I use minnowbooster, but there are more.
Getting a vote of even a few cents makes a big difference here.
