Yet make millions a month. It's not fair to the ISP that they need to charge me and netflix the same amount when Netflix bandwidth usage is billions more then mine.

That's what I thought. There fore, now, the internet is going to go to the highest bidders essentially? Correct? Well that's the implication at least.

But doesn't this also allow monetary monopolies over bandwidth? They have to pay for it, but they can also buy all of it?
