I agree with Mr. Rogers on investing in agricultural land. Here in the Balkans where I am at people mostly buy properties in the big cities as the interest rates continue to decline. Loans fell to record low of 4.56%. It does look like a bubble. However, the rest of the land, especially around the small village areas, is relatively untouched and undeveloped. This will give more control over our food supply and opportunity for off grid homesteading. Thanks for the informative interview.
