Tolls in Chicago are freaking ridiculous too..I live in WI and took a trip out to the east coast stopped in Chicago on our way to see Millennium park which we took the highway through town. The tollway on the way back was insane, apparently they added a lot more tolls on the turnpike bet they got 10 bucks out of us at least.
Come to WI we don't tax soda, then drive back to Chicago haha. ;)
