Saturday Brief Note - Photos - Thoughts

A brief note and two photos from yesterday's walk downtown.

The past and the present blend their colors, confuse their shapes, build a chaotic image and crush the personality for the benefit of the collective. Personality means self-determination primarily. But how can you build and cultivate your personality when points of reference are confused? What is really old and outdated? What is really new, innovative, and can improve the development of creative personalities who with their thought and wisdom can make a positive contribution to the development of communities? If development is the main goal of all societies, communities, organizations, etc. we should already have defined exactly how this development will be achieved. Because there are so many ways to develop a society, community, etc. And when we talk about development, in practice we are talking about economics, economic model, economic policy. And here's the whole deal! We can, for example, create an economy that is based on the debt of many to very few. In this economy, growth concerns very few. Very few will receive the bulk of the profits from the economic activity of community members. But workers will eventually receive a very small to insignificant share of the surplus they produce. Hence, they will be permanently indebted to the few who run the "currency" and have complete control over economic activity. If this model reminds you of something, it means that you have become aware of the reality of the financial system in which you have evolved.

But as we have said, there are many other ways to organize your economy. Nevertheless, all modes, policies, governance patterns, to date have somehow been applied and the results have remained the same regardless of the financial system applied ... That is, the " few rich masters" and "countless poor workers" economy model remains a dominant growth factor.
The emerging cryptocurrency-based economy could change the sad image of the societies created by the ... homo sapiens. Societies (corporated states) whose planning and development are based on the utter exploitation of the weak, the violence caused by permanent inequality and the terror used as a tool of governance by the corrupt rulers of the planet. Cryptocurrency could forever reverse this economic correlation which is the root cause of man's eternal distress within what humans call civilization.
Unfortunately, we are already seeing the first signs of how could be shaped the immediate future of the new financial model. In other words, we see all the irrationality of the traditional economy to be applied to the cryptocurrency. We are talking about decentralization at a time when almost all communities within cryptoeconomy are centralized ie governed by the few holders of the major part of the community's cryptocurrency capital. This is a concern, we should focus on this as members of any community or simply as users of any cryptocurrency. It is very easy to lose reality when you believe blindly to promises and to plans very good to be true...
Finally, I should say that according to my experience in economic and marketing matters, it is very risky to apply the norms of the traditional economy within a crypto-economic environment. Cryptos, Bitcoin, was invented and designed for liberating people from the authority of mandatory money which is translated as full control on any aspect of people's everyday life. It is a pity to see people trying to use cryptoeconomic tools such as traditional financial services, products, and tools. This mindset leads to disasters and stops the real growth and adoption of the cryptoeconomy as the alternative to the unfair system of values creation and distribution that occurs nowadays. Well, I might be wrong, but let's think about, let's focus on what exactly is the proposed reality. It's the less we can do for helping ourselves...

It's up to us... to all of us. Resources and technology were reserved for use within corporate schemes, and this will continue for a long time maybe decades. The corporate systems in action nowadays are starting to use the blockchain technology on their behalf. Banks are creating their own coin and big companies are shaping new powerful consortiums that will use their own coin(s). States are creating digital money based on their fiat currency... The near future of the Global Finances will be full of surprises, successes, reverses, unimaginable innovations, and above all new emerging global economic powers and markets. I could say, after all, let's enjoy it!
