GREAT IDEA BUT FLAWED!
Your're the smartest guy I know regarding the markets, but there seems to be one critical point you don't get.
I do like the idea, but what you don't seem to understand Greg, is that the Fed is 100% CONTROLLED by the banking Cabal and neither the US Gov't (Congress) nor the Executive (Trump) has any say in what they do. Period, the end. This has also been publicly stated by Greenspan a while back, as you know.
So, although your plan is of noble intentions and could possibly/technically work, it just ain't gonna happen because...be realistic Greg...do you really think the Cabal/1% would want to cede any of their power or control? Really? If so, then it is my turn to say that you are deluded.
