Today we will look at why the resignation of Bundesbank chief, Jens Weidman, is highly significant in the fight against inflation in the ECB.
The head of the German central bank and ECB member was seen as a hawk and against the ultra-loose monetary policy of negative rates and QE that the ECB has been carrying out.
Our conclusion is that Jens Weidmann does not want to have anything to do with the inflationary storm that is coming in Europe and the whole world for that matter.
