This happens every single time... aaaaaah!
You take a leap. Launch something new and don't get the results you expected.
Two of the best ways that work for me:
1- owning (remembering) that I am enough
2- getting supported
The first one looks too simple, right? Better try it for yourself. Be surprised. And transformed. The simplest things are often times the most effective. Write down "I Am Enough" on post-its, have it as a wallpaper... EVERYWHERE!
You see, when you take a big leap, you get confronted with your mind's chatter (read clutter of thousands of negative thoughts trying to keep you in the COMFORT zone). So having a reminder that you deserve to receive is a great way to nurture your mind - to remind yourself that you are SAFE, as you up-level.
And second, get SUPPORTED. Reach out to those who inspire you. Work with a mentor who has created the results you want. Up-leveling isn't meant to prove anything to yourself. Stubbornness is. Up-leveling is meant as a natural part of your personal and business expansion.
