You actually skipped over what I think is the real solution. It was the solution I put forward in my post.
You say "they have limited opportunities offered to them". Yes exactly, but that's got nothing to do with capitalism or the free market. It has everything to do with those people not being given equality of opportunity (because of oppression by dictators or governments). That's where the problem is, and that is where it needs to be addressed.
