Es común que muchas de nosotras no nos sintamos muy seguras de nuestro cuerpo las primeras veces que vamos al gym, estemos flaquitas o gorditas muchas somos algo pudorosas y eso provoca no nos motivemos ni hagamos la actividad con ganas durante cada entrenamiento.
Hoy mi objetivo será motivarte a elegir un outfit que más allá de ser “súper tapado” sea sexy pero de una manera sutil y que te haga sentir con confianza y atractiva.
Las blusas tipo ‘sideboob’ se ven increíbles si las combinas con un bra deportivo.
Si quieres darle más swag a tu outfit, opta por una sudadera de una talla más grande a la tuya (la de tu novio funciona bien).
Un short a la cadera ayudará a disimular tus kilitos de más, una excelente opción.
