You are right on spot but I may disagree with you on one point and that is the rich don't want to leave the rich countries. Many of the rich people in Europe and America have shifted manufacturing side of their companies to China and India which provide cheap labor. So, they are exploiting the poor public in these countries in a more easy way than that in the developed countries. The rules and regulations in the developing countries are less-strict.

China isnt really a developing country but boy is it overpopulated
They are developed in a sense but still, a large population is in poverty.
Imagine when robots are released in large scale. Millions unemployed. They'll probably leverage the training of the younger population in science and technology.
One of the main reasons we got this debate is that those who don't want to develop they remain where they belong too and those who want to move forward they will continue to make bold decision I believe you're not poor by how much you earn money but you're poor because you decide to remain poor it's not about money but it's about the decisions we make.Best way to live a better life is to help each other & the boundaries of rich & poor will be vanished.
