So reckless drinking during pregnancy causing Fetal Alcohol System is totes okay because we have to be careful of the anxiety it might cause? A glass or two is okay but to drink to the point that you cause significant damage to a child is not on and should be addressed. Who would be so reckless to have a child when they have a drinking problem? I know a lot do and then wallow in self pity on top of it but I cannot understand. I had my first child at 17 and still understood at that age that I brought this child into the world and so I must try and be the best parent I can be to my children. I used to live in a very impoverished area when I was in my late teens/early twenties and on limited income and looking after alcos and speed freak kids feeding them and changing nappies because their older parents were f****d up.
