I think the fact that the vast majority of the public is just starting to adopt the use of crypto currency will offset this, if you look at the chart around the 16th we saw a similar dip before BTC jumped up to a new all time high.
I think the USD is in a far bigger "bubble", as it is propped up by many things including 401k's just dumping money into the market every week, but more and more people will start investing more of their income into cryptos which will keep the price increasing for a long time. Imagine if 401k companies started investing in crypto as part of the portfolio, just that small change would likely double the value of all crypto currencies.
