The fundamental truth about time tells us that a person, with all other things being equal, prefers to satisfy his desires earlier, and not later. Therefore, there is a choice: to satisfy more desires later or less than desires, but before. A person will determine the benefit from a greater number of satisfied desires and harm from having to wait. The choice of a person depends on his preferences (the scale of values). This determines that we are all different. Who is able to form capital, and who is not.
