Well... I seem to have gotten off my own track lately... I should be spreading my thoughts on Common Coinage verses Paper and Digital Fiat Dollars... I know people don't really like carrying around change in their pockets, just like they didn't like carrying around Real Silver Dollars in the Past... You see, I live in Las Vegas... People used to put 90% silver coins into the Slot Machines... Today they play with credits... I used to play the slots with real nickels and i'd look for the 35% silver war nickels along with Buffalo nickels and whatever looked interesting... Yes, i still have every one that I found... I once went to the bank to buy a couple rolls of Dimes to search for Mercury Dimes... They gave me two brand new rolls of 1964-D Dimes... They're quite rare these days... Look them up... Anyway, I went to the bank today with a hundred dollar bill in my wallet and picked up a box of 2,000 Nickels...lol... I usually get a couple rolls of one dollar coins, but today I felt like I hit the jackpot by getting nickels... As per my theory, I figure Common Coinage will increase in buying power by 100 fold when the Paper and Digital Fiat Dollars Crash... I truly believe our Coinage will remain in Circulation and used to buy the New (Debt Free) Dollars... My theory says it will either take one hundred cents to get a New Dollar or 100 old debt note dollars to get one New Dollar... Think about that for a while and let me know what you think of my theory... @pocketechange

I like common old coins with silver content... Easy to sell even on eBay because almost impossible to fake (or at least not worth it). In the UK pre-1947 could start are 50% and pre-1920 are 92.5%, the common ones can be picked up close to the spot price.
I've always been into U.S. Coins, but there may be a similar situation in the U.K. when all hell breaks loose... @pocketechange
it is a good to read, thank you!
Your thanks have been received and welcomed... @pocketechange
Awesome post my friend. Your theory on what it will take to buy a new dollar is correct I believe. DR
